软件介绍
SnapGene通俗说就是好看又好用！它可以用来查看和编辑质粒图谱（酶切位点、基因片段属性、引物、开放阅读框所编码氨基酸、多序列比对、自动引物设计等等）。当然，除质粒外，DNA序列甚至基因组都可以用SnapGene来查看和操作。更多功能请下载安装后研读下文“使用指南（常用功能示范）”。
第一步：
下载到合适的位置（我放到D盘）
解压（电脑有360等杀毒软件的话根据杀毒软件提示恢复文件到原来的文件夹，这个不是病毒文件，懂的懂？）
双击“snapgene_4.1.9_win_2”安装（要是电脑提问就选“是”）。上面的“Crack”文件安装完成后用到）
第二步： 选择安装位置–NEXT–I Agree–勾选“Desktop Icon”(在桌面显示软件快捷方式)–NEXT–Install。
第三步：点击finish（不要急着勾选”Run SnapGene”,这一步很关键，我单独列出来，心急吃不了热豆腐啊）。
● 如何破解？ ●
还记得刚刚说到有个“Crack”文件吗？绿色框框里的，现在需要它了。
1. 打开Crack文件夹，同时复制ActivationCrack和SnapGene文件。
2. 打开你安装的SnapGene文件夹，鼠标放到空白处点击右键并粘贴，替换原来同名文件夹。
3. 双击ActivationCrack.exe文件后点击PatchAndRegister，然后会有询问消息，因为这个补丁本来是用来解3.2.1的，现在安装的版本是4.，但是也能破，所以点击Yes；系统提示”Patch and Activation successful!! Enjoy.“就表示成功了。
如何使用？
到桌面找到这个蓝色的EP管点击就可以打开了，或者直接找到DNA文件选择用SnapGene打开，我一般是直接对已有的DNA序列进行操作，所以没有保留桌面的快捷方式，删掉了，桌面太乱不好看。

很多操作都需要先选择序列
两个DNA序列匹配Snapgene 可以用来模拟建立克隆，这使得我们设计建立克隆方案更加简便，如果克隆过程设计方案有缺陷，我们可以借助模拟发现并做出纠正。具体用法还有很多很多！软件不会被玩坏的，多琢磨就可以解锁更多技能！有想了解更多使用方法可以留言。

effective 常用以指物，强调能产生某种预期的效果。如：effective medicine， effective method等。
